Palazzo Massarucci’s facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, three double jacuzzis, nine bedrooms, six bathrooms, three full kitchens, indoor wood oven and grill, skylights, terraces, lofts, a gym, newly installed floor heating and six working fireplaces. There's a washer and dryer as well as dishwashers in the kitchens. There are color TVs with digital satellite reception. There are also DVDs and VCR players and a stereo system.

People come from miles around to this hilltop town to dine at its two neighborhood country restaurants. One serves authentic regional Umbrian cuisine, the other is a more modern seasonal seafood restaurant. Both are delicious and both offer a catering service.

A small country style grocery is located just below the property. An adjacent bed and breakfast offers additional accommodations should the need arise.
